1. 1. Who texts you

   Gray Wolf Performance (Gray Wolf Performance LLC), 8180 Cole Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66227. Texts in this program come from one Gray Wolf number.

2. 2. What we text about

   Only things that belong to your training here:

   • Class and appointment reminders and confirmations
   • Schedule changes, cancellations and waitlist updates
   • Account notices, such as a payment that did not go through
   • A confirmation that we received your intake form, with a link to schedule a welcome call
   • Replies from your coach or the front desk to a text you sent us, or about a booking you have

   We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this agreement, and this program only texts people who have agreed.

3. 3. How you agree

   You agree in one of three ways, and you are shown the words below before you do:

   1. On this website: an unchecked box, separate from agreeing to our terms, on our registration and enquiry forms. It is never ticked for you. After you send the form we text you once to confirm, and nothing else is sent until you reply YES.
   2. In the member portal: a text-message switch on your profile page, with the words below beside it. It is off until you turn it on.
   3. At the front desk: you sign a paper form that shows these same words, or you tick the box yourself on a screen the desk hands you. We keep the signed form or the record of your tick.

   For an athlete under 18, a parent or guardian agrees. 4. 4. How often, and what it costs

   Message frequency varies with your bookings and appointments. Message and data rates may apply: Gray Wolf does not charge for the texts, but your phone plan might.

5. 5. Stop, start again, and get help

   Reply STOP to any text and you will get one last message confirming it, and nothing after that. (STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, OPT OUT all work.) Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP, or call (913) 669-2992 or email Corey@GrayWolfPerformance.com, and a person will help. Turning texts off never changes your membership.

6. 6. Your number stays with us

   We do not share your mobile number, or your agreement to receive texts, with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. A messaging service delivers the texts for us and may handle your number only to do that. We do not sell it.
