1. 1. Who we are

   Gray Wolf Performance, LLC operates this site, the member portal, and the Gray Wolf training and recruiting services from 8180 Cole Pkwy, Lenexa, KS. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email Corey@GrayWolfPerformance.com.

2. 2. What we collect

   Account details you give us (name, email, phone); membership and billing information (handled by our billing provider); the training and wellness data you and your coaches create (sessions, logged workouts, readiness check-ins, nutrition logs, journal entries, breathwork); testing and performance metrics measured at the gym; recruiting-profile information including academics; and basic, non-identifying technical data needed to run the site securely.

3. 3. How we use it

   To deliver your coaching, training, and gym services; to run recruiting services; to power the AI coaching features; to communicate with you about your account, sessions, and the things you asked for; to keep the facility and platform safe; and to improve how the product works. We do not sell your data.

4. 4. The AI coach (Grai)

   When you use an AI feature, the relevant context — your message and the specific training or nutrition data that grounds the answer — is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. We do not use your information to train outside models, and AI guidance is for performance support only, not medical advice.

5. 5. How we share it

   Only with the service providers that make the platform work: secure hosting and database (Supabase), membership and scheduling (GymFlow), payment processing (Stripe), sign-in and the emails you choose to send (Google), and AI responses (Anthropic). A college coach can see a recruiting profile only when it has been published. We never sell your data, and we share it otherwise only when the law requires it.

6. 6. Children & minor athletes

   Many of our athletes are under 18. A parent or legal guardian sets up the account, accepts the terms, and is responsible for it, and we collect a minor's information to deliver the training the family has asked for. A minor's recruiting profile is made publicly viewable only with guardian consent. Parents and guardians can review their athlete's information, ask us to correct it, or request its deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. 7. Recruiting profiles & public visibility

   Verified recruiting profiles are private by default. A profile becomes publicly viewable only when it is published — and, for a minor, only with guardian consent. Published profiles are shared by direct link and are not indexed by search engines.

8. 8. How we protect it

   Your data is hosted on Supabase with row-level security, so accounts and records are scoped to the people allowed to see them, and access is limited by role. We use industry-standard safeguards — but no online system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. 9. How long we keep it

   We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet legal or operational obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and data; some records may be retained where the law requires.

10. 10. Your choices & rights

    You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. To make a request, email Corey@GrayWolfPerformance.com and we'll take care of it.

11. 11. Cookies

    We use the minimum cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. If we add analytics or other non-essential tracking in the future, we'll update this policy first.

12. 12. Changes to this policy
