Help with the Gray Wolf app, from the people who run it. You will reach a person.
I don't have an account
The app is for people who train with us. Gray Wolf sets up your account, so there is no sign-up in the app. Tell us the email you want to use and we'll add you, or ask your coach at the gym.
I can't sign in
Use the same email the gym has on file for you. If you sign in with Apple or Google and it doesn't work, try email instead. If it still doesn't, send us a note with the email you used and we'll sort it out.
Delete my account
In the app, open Me, then Account, and choose Delete account. Parents can do it from the Family hub, and coaches and staff from their Account screen. The privacy policy says exactly what is removed and what the gym keeps.
Report a problem
If something in the app is wrong, broken or doesn't feel right, tell us. Shake your phone in the app to send feedback, or write to us below. If a message from anyone bothers you, tell us and we will look at it.
