Terms & Conditions
We've kept these short and clear — please read them before you join. They work alongside our Waiver of Liability.
Last updated · June 9, 2026
By enrolling in a membership or credit pack (online or in person), you agree to these terms. These terms work alongside our Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk, which you also accept when you join.
1. Your membership
Your membership gives you access to the Gray Wolf facility, equipment, coached classes, and recovery floor included in your plan, during posted hours (or anytime, for 24-hour plans). We'll make reasonable efforts to keep these available and to let you know in advance if something needs to change.2. Billing & pricing
Memberships and recurring credit packs bill automatically on your sign-up date each cycle to the payment method on file, which you agree to keep current. Promotional or introductory rates return to standard pricing when the promo period ends. We may adjust pricing with at least 14 days' email notice; if you don't accept the new rate, you may cancel within that window.3. Changing plans
You can switch membership types at any time; price differences apply, and a promotional or discounted rate does not carry over to a new plan.4. Pausing or canceling — 30 days' notice required
We require at least 30 days' written notice to pause or cancel any membership. Your membership stays active and is billed as normal through the 30-day notice period; the pause begins, or the membership ends, at the close of that period. Please give notice in writing — in person at the front desk, by email, or through your member account — and keep a copy for your records. Fees already billed are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months.5. Facility access, hours & closures
We may occasionally close or limit the facility for maintenance, repairs, weather, or events, and may adjust hours, services, or class offerings with reasonable notice. These temporary interruptions don't entitle you to a refund or credit. For 24-hour or unsupervised access, see the safety note below and our Waiver.6. Health, safety & conduct
Please follow staff instructions, posted safety guidelines, and gym rules, and treat coaches, staff, members, and equipment with respect. For your safety, you agree to use equipment properly and to ask staff if you're unsure. We may refuse, suspend, or end a membership — without refund — for conduct that risks the safety or wellbeing of members or staff.7. Youth members (under 18)
A membership for an athlete under 18 must be set up and agreed to by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the athlete's behalf and is responsible for all fees.8. Personal property
Gray Wolf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please use cubbies and lockers at your own risk and don't bring valuables you can't keep with you.9. Liability waiver
Your membership is also subject to our Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk. You confirm you have read and accepted that waiver as part of joining.10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time with reasonable notice, and continued use of your membership means you accept the current version.
