Youth Development
Ability-based levels, not age brackets — we place every athlete honestly.
Athletic Foundations
Movement literacy, coordination, and work capacity — taught like a game so kids actually want to come back. The first rung of the ladder.
Athletic Development
Strength patterns, speed mechanics, and accountability — where training turns into a habit and athletes learn to push themselves.
Advanced Performance
Sport-relevant strength, power, speed, and recovery — the work that shows up on the field, the court, and the test results.
Combined Development/Performance
A combined development and performance block — middle and high schoolers training together. Programmed at Development level; coaches scale up in real time for above-tier athletes.
Elite Performance
Individualized programming, advanced assessment through our clinical partner, and sport-specific blocks. Scheduled around the athlete.
Adult Training
Coached classes written by us and run by people who know what they're doing — plus small-group and 1:1.
STRONG
Coached strength — barbell and accessory work programmed in cycles. You show up; we handle the plan and coach you through every set.
Olympic Weightlifting
The snatch, the clean & jerk, and the strength to support them — technique-first and scalable to any experience level. Tuesday and Thursday run as parallel, non-repeating tracks.
BURN
Conditioning — engine work and intervals that leave you better, not just tired. The fastest hour in the building.
Kettlebell Club
Kettlebell strength and conditioning — swings, cleans, presses, and carries that build full-body work capacity and grip.
Small Group
Semi-private training with a few people who push you — real coaching attention at a better rate than 1:1.
Personal Training
One coach, your goals, a real plan. Run it on its own or layer it on top of classes.
Specialty
Focused programs with specialist coaches, open to athletes and adults alike.
Vertical Training Academy
Jump training with Travis Worley — vertical mechanics, landing, explosive power, and the strength and shoulder health to back it up. Drop in any weekday afternoon.
Boxing
Boxing fundamentals and conditioning — footwork, combinations, and a serious sweat. Skill and engine in one hour, no experience required.
Recovery & Mind
Open to every member — the calm-wolf side, never sold as an upsell.
Performance Mobility
Guided mobility and movement-prep to keep you training and moving well. Included with every membership.
